Did Herbalife discontinue the Preferred Member program?
Yes. The Preferred Member program on MyHerbalife in the United States ended July 20, 2026. It was replaced by Herbalife Wellness Rewards and the optional Wellness Rewards VIP Membership.
Is Herbalife Wellness Rewards free?
The basic Wellness Rewards membership is free. The optional VIP membership costs $19.95 per year and provides additional product discounts and benefits.
How do I qualify for Silver or Gold VIP?
Accumulated qualifying purchases determine your level: $500 for Silver VIP and $2,500 for Gold VIP. Renew the annual VIP membership to maintain your achieved level, subject to current program terms.
Can a Wellness Rewards VIP Member sell Herbalife products?
No. Wellness Rewards memberships are for customers purchasing products for personal or household use. Selling products or pursuing the business opportunity requires a separate Herbalife Independent Distributor application.
Are all products discounted at the same rate?
No. Discounts apply to eligible products and some products may have special pricing. Program benefits, product eligibility and terms may change.
