What is Herbalife Wellness Rewards?
Herbalife Wellness Rewards is a customer membership program for eligible U.S. residents. The basic membership is free. Customers who want additional savings may add the optional annual VIP Membership.
The program is intended for people purchasing products for personal or household use. A Wellness Rewards VIP Member is not an Herbalife Independent Distributor and cannot sell Herbalife products or participate in the Herbalife business opportunity.
Program eligibility, points, discounts and benefits are governed by Herbalife’s current Wellness Rewards Terms and Conditions and Rewards VIP Terms and Conditions.
Former Preferred Members: The former U.S. Preferred Member program transitioned to Wellness Rewards VIP. Existing members should sign in with their current Herbalife credentials before creating another account.

Is Herbalife Wellness Rewards free?
The basic Wellness Rewards membership is free. The optional VIP Membership currently costs $19.95 per year and provides eligible discounts and additional benefits.
How much can a VIP Member save?
Bronze VIP currently provides 15% off eligible products. Silver may provide 25%, and Gold may provide 35%, after the applicable qualifying purchases.
Do I have to order every month?
There is no general monthly ordering requirement simply to maintain a Wellness Rewards account. Higher VIP levels and specific benefits may depend on qualifying purchases.
Can a VIP Member sell Herbalife products?
No. Wellness Rewards VIP is a customer program. Selling products or pursuing the business opportunity requires a separate Herbalife Independent Distributor application.
Where can I buy authentic Herbalife products?
U.S. customers may purchase through an Independent Distributor or shop online through Herbalife. Read Herbalife’s official guidance on where to buy Herbalife products.
Can I cancel my VIP Membership?
Herbalife’s current U.S. policy states that an eligible Wellness VIP Member who cancels within 90 days after acceptance may receive a refund of the initial membership cost, subject to the policy and required procedure. Review the official Herbalife U.S. Refund Policy.
